The Directorate of Islamic Higher Education (DIKTIS) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs ensures that AICIS+ 2025 serves as an inclusive and innovative platform for all Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI). The conference provides a global stage for PTKI campuses to showcase their scholarly contributions.
AICIS+ 2025, held at the modern UIII campus in Depok, marks a new era of PTKI participation in the global discourse of Islamic thought. The Director of Islamic Higher Education, Prof. Dr. Phil. Sahiron, expressed his pride in presenting “an inclusive, innovative, and impactful academic forum.”
He emphasized that “AICIS+ 2025 provides a platform for PTKI campuses to demonstrate their academic contributions at both national and global levels.” This statement reflects a strong commitment to encouraging the production of knowledge from within Indonesian Islamic universities that can be recognized and appreciated internationally.
This inclusive and collaborative vision aligns with the directives of the Ministry’s leadership. The Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs previously highlighted the importance of “unifying ideas, strengthening research, and fostering cross-disciplinary synergy.” This spirit of collaboration is expected to reinforce the intellectual and national foundations of Indonesia.
With the spirit of “from campuses, we build the future of Islam,” AICIS+ 2025 at UIII stands as clear evidence that PTKI institutions are ready to compete and contribute in shaping a progressive and civilized narrative of Islam on the global stage.
