REGARDING <\/strong>
SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS FOR THE 24TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ISLAM, SCIENCE, AND SOCIETY (AICIS+) 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following a rigorous evaluation by the Abstract Review Committee for the 24th Annual International Conference on Islam, Science, and Society (AICIS+) 2025, we are delighted to announce the results of the abstract assessment as follows:<\/p>\n

Extended Abstract Evaluation Results<\/strong><\/p>\n

The AICIS+ 2025 Organizing Committee received a remarkable 2,434 (two thousand four hundred thirty-four) extended abstracts across all designated sub-themes. After careful consideration, 234 (two hundred thirty-four) abstracts have been selected to advance to the next stage. The list of successful participants is included in the Attachment to this Announcement.<\/a><\/p>\n

Participants who passed the abstract evaluation stage are required to comply with the following provisions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Submit a full paper online via the link that will be sent by the committee to each participant\u2019s email address, no later than October 2, 2025, at 23:59 WIB.<\/li>\n
  2.  The full paper must adhere to the writing guidelines specified in the AICIS+ 2025 guidelines.<\/li>\n
  3. \u2060Participants who fail to submit their full paper by the specified deadline will be disqualified from participating in AICIS+ 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Guidelines for Open Panel Presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Participants whose abstracts have been approved are required to present their scholarly work in person during the Open Panel sessions, scheduled as follows:<\/p>\n

    Venue: Indonesian International Islamic University, Jl. Raya Bogor KM. 33.5, Cisalak, Sukmajaya, Depok City, West Java, Indonesia 16416<\/p>\n

    Information regarding accommodation and transportation arrangements will be communicated directly to participants via email. For multi-authored papers, attendance at AICIS+ 2025 may be represented by a single author.<\/p>\n

    1. \u2060All official updates and announcements related to AICIS+ 2025 will be disseminated through the official website (aicis.uiii.ac.id), email, social media channels of the Indonesian International Islamic University (UIII), and\/or the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.<\/li>\n
    2. Participants are solely responsible for staying informed of all announcements.<\/li>\n
    3. Decisions made by the AICIS+ 2025 Organizing Committee are final and not subject to appeal.<\/li>\n
