The 24th Annual International Conference on Islam, Science, and Society (AICIS+), scheduled for October 29–31, 2025, at the Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) in Depok, has announced the results of its abstract selection process.

This year, the Organizing Committee received an impressive 2,434 extended abstracts across various sub-themes, reflecting the growing global interest in the conference. Following a rigorous review, only 234 abstracts were selected to advance to the next stage and will be presented during the Open Panel sessions.

The list of successful participants can be accessed [here].

Selected participants are now required to submit their full papers by October 2, 2025, in accordance with the AICIS+ 2025 writing guidelines. Those who fail to meet the deadline will be disqualified from the program.

“All decisions made by the Organizing Committee are final, and official updates will continue to be communicated through the AICIS+ website, UIII’s social media channels, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia,” said Prof. Dr. Amsal Bakhtiar, MA, Chair of the Steering Committee.

The AICIS+ 2025 conference is expected to gather scholars, researchers, and practitioners from around the world to explore the intersection of Islam, science, and society, fostering dialogue on contemporary issues and innovative solutions.
