The Director General of Islamic Education at the Ministry of Religious Affairs encouraged that AICIS+ 2025 should not end merely as a conference, but evolve into a knowledge movement that inspires new thinking. Its focus is to respond constructively to the crises of spirituality, society, and ecology.

The spirit of AICIS+ 2025 at UIII Depok carried a vision that goes beyond academic discourse. The Director General of Islamic Education, Prof. Dr. H. Amien Suyitno, emphasized in his statement, “AICIS+ is not just a conference. It is a movement of knowledge.”

This movement is envisioned as a platform that brings together thinkers, educators, and practitioners to stimulate innovative ideas at the intersection of religion, science, and technology. Its goal is to provide tangible responses to the multidimensional crises faced by the modern world.

This transformative spirit was further strengthened by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Islamic Education, who declared AICIS+ 2025 as a “momentum for the revival of knowledge, dialogue, and the transformation of Islamic education in Indonesia.” The initiative is expected to accelerate the role of Islamic education as a “driver of sustainable social change,” rooted in spirituality, compassion, and care for both humanity and the environment.

The Director of Islamic Higher Education (DIKTIS), Prof. Dr. Phil. Sahiron, added that through this knowledge movement, Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) are encouraged to demonstrate their concrete contributions in building a “progressive and civilized future of Islam.”
