Dr. M. Qomarul Huda, an external reviewer from the Department of Information Systems at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, praised the quality of abstracts submitted to AICIS+ 2025, describing them as meeting the standards of reputable international journals.
“This is my first time being invited as an abstract reviewer. I have gone through all the submissions, and in my view, they are of very high quality. Because this is a blind review, I could not see the authors’ identities, but the abstracts already reflect the quality expected at the international level,” Dr. Huda remarked.
He highlighted that within the sub-theme ‘Science and Technological Transformations’, which received 233 abstracts, many submissions explored the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Topics ranged from the ethical dimensions of AI rating tools to the application of AI in mathematics learning.
“Most of the discussions still focus on how AI is being utilized—both in education and in research. The ideas are very relevant and timely,” he added.
With such high-quality contributions, Dr. Huda admitted that the most challenging part of his role as reviewer was deciding which abstracts to let go, as nearly all submissions carried the strength and depth worthy of international attention.
AICIS+ 2025 has drawn submissions from multiple countries, reflecting its growing international recognition as a platform for academic exchange at the intersection of religion, science, and societal transformation.
